We Understand that all children learn at different rates, and in different ways.
That is why we will group students for Language Arts and Math instruction based on their abilities, not their ages.

We Understand that all children need a safe space to grow socially, and emotionally.
That is why students will also spend time with their age alike peers for all other subjects in homeroom classes.

We understand that community is very important
That is why we will begin each morning with a whole school assembly including physical activity, announcements, and community building activities. 

We understand that bullying is NEVER an option
That is why all reports will be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately using forms of behavior modification that fit the offence.

We understand that ALL children are capable of learning
That is why all children will be held to high standards, and be expected to make progress at their own rate.

We understand that worksheets can be boring and repetitive
That is why we will use as many hands on learning projects as possible
